Use an Apple Silicon M-series Mac. The current application interface is primarily Chinese; the English website does not imply a fully localized application. Do not purchase for an unsupported environment.

Nightlab checks for Hermes Agent 0.20.6 at commit 5241df3d4a552b5e57e338787c41c24ff25e6150, with the required Python 3.11 arm64 runtime. Follow the official installation instructions at https://github.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent. Nightlab verifies the prerequisite; it does not automatically download, replace or install Hermes.

The current invitation Beta has not completed Apple Developer ID signing or Apple notarization. No official signed installer is available yet. Never disable macOS security checks to install it.

When a release is available, compare its version, signature and published checksum before installation. Stop if they do not match. The website does not remotely read your local application directory.

The order must pass network, asset, token contract, amount, sender, recipient, confirmation and unique-payment checks. Uncertain payments require review.

The account page and the verified account email refer to the same order entitlement. An expired, unused code can be securely reissued to the owner; the old code becomes invalid.

Enter the activation information in Nightlab, not a social message or third-party page. First activation binds a device and issues a signed license.

After initial online verification, the current policy provides 72 hours of offline grace. Invalid or expired authorization safely disables the affected features. One active device is allowed; account services support unbinding an old device.

Never enter trading secrets into the website, a support conversation or a referral page.

Confirm address, network, balance visibility and signer identity locally. Unknown status must keep execution closed.

Customer production execution has not been delivered and is not included in the current license. Future availability requires independent release acceptance, a verified strategy version, customer authorization and every safety gate. A toggle alone cannot enable it.

Hermes uses bounded research tools. It cannot export keys, place orders directly, edit core source or bypass risk limits. Requests to the configured external model provider are not fully offline.

Each registered account has one code, link and QR code. A disconnected page will not manufacture a replacement code.

Eligible direct orders earn 10%; second-level orders earn 5%. Two levels maximum, calculated from the frozen order price and recorded in USDT.

Current rules permit self-referrals, referral cycles and stacked rewards to the same beneficiary. Each order and level can be credited only once.

Unpaid orders earn nothing. Refunds and reversals remain recorded. Beta commission payouts require manual review and are not automatically transferred by the calculator.
